Assists SPM/PM in identifying the resources required for the project and monitoring the performance and progress of the works in relation to approved works program. Identify statutory needs to coordinate inter services compatibility for project needs. Liaise with statutory bodies, as applicable. Coordinate with PEs and Drafting In-charge to ensure the timely preparation of material submittals and drawings, as applicable. Participate in project progress meetings. Ensure timely work progress and implementation of the Project Quality Plan. Liaises with the Consultants, the Main Contractor, the Sub-contractors, the suppliers, as required, to ensure all services are tied-in properly. Arranges inspections and test activities as per the project requirements and the Project’s inspection and test plan in coordination with the QA / QC personnel and respective PEs. Assist SPM / PM in preparation of close out schedules in coordination with discipline in charges/ Main Contractors as necessary.Additional works as directed by AOM / SPM / PM from time to time.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate. Minimum 8 years experience in the MEP industry, of which 3 years are in the similar position. Sound knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. Exposure to statutory regulations. Knowledge in contract, FIDIC, Rules and Regulations of local authorities. Excellent Communication skills. Team Player.
